This role involves evaluating resident interests, developing tailored programs, and collaborating with team members to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with memory-Impaired seniors and a high school diploma or ged. The role requires the ability to adapt activities to meet residents' unique needs and to inspire and motivate both residents and team members.
