Inclusion Support Worker 2 - Summer Camps 2026

The inclusion support worker provides one-To-One or two-To-One support to campers with disabilities, ensuring their safe and meaningful participation in camp activities. They also mentor camp staff on inclusion strategies and assist with personal care and behaviour management.

Candidates must have post-Secondary education in a related field and at least two years of experience in a children's camp environment, plus three years working with persons with disabilities. Mandatory certifications include standard first aid, cpr c, and high five principles of healthy child development.
