Working with the homeroom and specialist teachers to ensure that the student reaches the learning goals set in their individual education plan.</p><div><div><p><b> Responsibilities and Duties </b></p><ul><li>Support students reading, writing, and math goals.</li><li>Help students to learn additional social skills.</li><li>Support the student to self-regulate their feelings.</li><li>Work with the teacher on a collaborative team.</li><li>Support the teacher in helping the student to form effective relationships with other students.</li></ul><p><b> Qualifications and Skills </b></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 years of experience working with special needs learners.</li><li>Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated general knowledge of curriculum and instruction for younger learners.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of various routine tasks, duties, and procedures and the ability to follow specific instructions.</li><li>Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position.</li></ul></div><div><p><b>Job Type:</b> Temporary Full-time (6 weeks Contract)</p></div><div><p><b>Pay:</b> $4,500.00 per month </p></div><div><p>Flexible language requirement:</p><p></p><ul><li>English not required</li></ul><p></p><p>Schedule:</p><p></p><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p></p></div><div><p>Experience:</p><p></p><ul><li>EA: 2 years (preferred)</li></ul><p></p><p>Licence/Certification:</p><p></p><ul><li>Education Assistants Certificate (preferred)</li></ul><p></p><p>Ability to Commute:</p><p></p><ul><li>8760 No.
