Integrated Solution Lead

The integrated solution lead is responsible for defining fully integrated training solutions from early customer interactions through to contract award. They act as the main focal point for training solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and cost-Effective training programs.

Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of related experience, with 10 years focused on training program development or delivery in the defense sector. Relevant knowledge of training development processes and excellent communication skills are essential.
