As a customer success manager, you will ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and build strong relationships with key accounts. You will act as the voice of the customer internally and help improve their experience by providing training and monitoring usage data.
The role requires 3+ years of relevant customer success experience and strong communication skills. Experience in a saas environment and handling enterprise customers is also necessary.
