Overview
Provide daily operation of EarlyON Child and Family Centre locations. Facilitate programs for children ages 0–6 with parent/caregiver participation. Develop and deliver programming aligned with How Does Learning Happen. Deliver parent education, workshops, information, and referral. Support developmental conversations with families. Prepare program plans including play and inquiry-based learning opportunities. Ensure programs foster belonging, well-being, engagement, and expression for children, parents, and caregivers. Plan individual and group activities across developmental domains. Assist children to develop independence in self-care routines. Engage in conversations with parents/caregivers about child development, parenting, nutrition, play, and inquiry-based learning. Provide targeted outreach opportunities for specific populations. Complete assessments, checklists, and documentation in an effective and timely manner. Support Ontario Autism – Entry to School Programs on an as-needed basis
