Use developmentally appropriate restorative practices to build relationships with children. Create and maintain an inclusive learning environment that honours children. Communicate effectively with parents, children, staff, volunteers, professionals, and community members. Apply knowledge of Truth and Reconciliation in early years settings and commit to the Calls to Action. Provide care and mature guidance to children. Work required schedules including non-instructional days and administrative day as needed
