Provide inclusive education and case management support for students (specific assignment determined by the principal). Develop, implement, and support Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in a collaborative team environment. Conduct/coordinate functional behaviour assessment and apply behavioural intervention strategies. Support students using the Response to Intervention (RTI) model. Manage IEP/IBI case management and support intensive behaviour students. Use trauma-informed approaches in professional practice. Apply competency-based assessment strategies. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and create success for each student. Integrate appropriate technologies into instructional practices to improve learning outcomes. Maintain a positive classroom learning environment that engages students in active learning experiences. Collaborate with parents/guardians, caregivers, and the broader community.
