Audit and update alumni records in Graduway, moving records from student to alumni. Assist with alumni engagement plans and add perks and benefits. Create an alumni content calendar and gather testimonials from recent graduates. Produce short Instagram Reels videos about alumni benefits. Research potential community events for alumni team presence. Research alumni-owned businesses and build a spreadsheet of potential directory members and business call-outs. Build monthly dashboard reports, analyze which convocation activities generated the most sign-ups, and create visual reports for leadership. Research Indigenous community events and festivals. Assist in building a contact database of Indigenous alumni organizations. Assist with planning Indigenous alumni initiatives and gather stories highlighting Indigenous alumni success. Represent Advancement and Saskatchewan Polytechnic professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as first point of contact for inquiries regarding student awards and alumni. Maintain knowledge of Advancement initiatives, fundraising principles and ethics, charitable donations, institutional policies, and stewardship/scholarship administration best practices. Coordinate and assist with delivery of Advancement and Donor & Alumni Engagement programs and events. Ensure confidentiality of data for students, staff and faculty, donors, and alumni. Identify efficiency and process improvements with exemplary client service. Update and maintain constituent files and records in Advancement databases and systems. Adapt to a diverse, changing environment and contribute to multiple priorities and projects. Perform other duties as assigned
