Step in to support students when their teacher is unavailable (block coverage or extended leave). Support student learning with innovative and unconventional learning opportunities, prioritizing land-based learning and integration of Stz’uminus & Coast Salish teachings. Develop and maintain relationships with peer educators’ administration, students, families, partners, and community members. Collaborate with educators across SES to enhance and lead explorations, projects, units, and lessons. Participate in all aspects of the school community, including professional development. Conduct and contribute to assessments of learning and to metric and reporting requirements
