The volunteer will coordinate daily activities for children with autism and developmental delays to foster a supportive and engaging environment. They are responsible for promoting positive behavior, ensuring safety, and maintaining clear communication with caregivers.
The Clinic Volunteer plays a vital role in executing a variety of engaging activities tailored to the needs of children and youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other learning and developmental delays. The Clinic Volunteer will help create a safe, organized, and positive camp environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and skill development while accommodating behavioral challenges.

August 4 – September 4 2026 (Closed July 1 & Aug 3) 8AM to 4pm, Monday to Friday
We encourage current university students pursuing careers in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Behaviour Analysis, Education, Early Childhood Development or Psychology. Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening and legally authorized to work in Canada Experience in program coordination, recreationally-centered or community-based work is an asset.
