About the role

Prepare and conduct intensive ABA therapy sessions while collecting and graphing client data. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain communication logs with families and staff.

As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the way we serve our communities. Please note that we do not offer LMIA or independent contractor setup Employment setup: Part-time. Hourly.

  • Work setting: Clinic and community based in Toronto/North York area.

Schedule

Mondays - Friday between 9AM - 7PM; Saturday 9AM - 3PM ET

Take an inside look at what you will do each day

  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
  • Collect and graph data
  • Maintain client binders and materials
  • Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff
  • Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Uphold Centre policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House
  • Attend Monarch House social and public events
  • Here is what you will need to be successful
  • Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting clinical and operational priorities
  • Supports both direct client programming and indirect clinic tasks (e.g., organization, materials prep, data entry)
  • Experience delivering ABA services in home, clinic, and/or community settings
  • Supports clinic operations including event planning, social programming, and health & safety tasks
  • Demonstrates strong accountability, reliability, and follow-through in both independent and team-based work
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Willing to travel within the community to conduct home-based sessions
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use
