Job purpose
The scheduling coordinator is responsible for staffing Pedalheads Summer camps. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will analyze, plan, and schedule shifts. You will build accurate and efficient schedules based on camp demand. You function well in a fast-paced and structured environment while utilizing ADP scheduling software.

Candidates must be available to work on weekends and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with scheduling, payroll, or administrative support is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP software.
