2+ years of Pilates instruction experience (mat, reformer, or full apparatus). Comprehensive certification preferred (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana's/Classical, or Power Pilates) — not required. Strong command of the repertoire, breath and core engagement, and safe sequencing for all levels. Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
