Role Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Kayak Coaches in Missouri City, TX to join our dynamic platform. 2+ years of kayaking instruction or guiding experience (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater). Instructor certification preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) — not required. Current CPR/First Aid and water-rescue judgment; command of strokes, bracing, and rescue/self-rescue. Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
