Our story started in the summer of 1994, when our founder taught 50 kids to swim in his parents’ backyard pool. Not exactly a corporate headquarters, but it worked. It gave us the freedom to focus on what still matters most today: real progress in the pool, strong relationships with families, and giving back to our community.

What You’ll Be Doing Teaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approach Building water confidence and real swimming skills Leading safe, structured, high-energy lessons Encouraging swimmers and celebrating progress Communicating with families professionally and warmly Creating a fun, positive learning environment Supporting your team and helping the day run smoothly
Warm pools (approximately 90°F) Small class sizes (up to 3 swimmers per class) Hands-on teaching methods that drive strong progress Flexible scheduling around school or other commitments Growth opportunities across the company A team environment where effort gets noticed
