About the role

Teach swimmers using the Small Steps approach to build water confidence and real swimming skills. Lead safe, high-energy lessons while maintaining professional communication with families.

What You’ll Be Doing Teaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approach Building water confidence and real swimming skills Leading safe, structured, high-energy lessons Encouraging swimmers and celebrating progress Communicating with families professionally and warmly Creating a fun, positive learning environment Supporting your team and helping the day run smoothly

Qualifications

Standard First Aid & CPR-C National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross Making Waves Coach Course (we train you) Don’t have every certification yet? Apply anyway and complete your courses with us: Bronze Medallion → Bronze Cross + SFA → Making Waves Coach Course.

Schedule Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available Minimum availability of 2 days per week required Flexible scheduling opportunities available

Requirements

Candidates must have Standard First Aid & CPR-C and either a National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross certification. Must be available to work at least two shifts per week and be energetic and coachable.
