Good knowledge of Grades 9-12 math and science curriculum, including senior math (Advanced Functions, algebra, trigonometry, Calculus) and vectors, physics, chemistry, and biology.
Some experience teaching/tutoring math and science at Grade 9-12 level (or equivalent).
Strong English written and oral communication skills.
Strong math skills and ability to guide students’ understanding.
Ability to multitask and work with up to three students at a time.
Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
Must commute to the in-person location; not an online position; relocation packages not available.
Preferred commitment until end of school year (continuing through summer is even better)
