<p><strong>1.0 FTE BRIDGE Program Teacher</strong></p><p><strong>Student Support Services</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>This is a temporary assignment effective September 1, </strong><strong>2026</strong><strong> to June 30, 2027</strong><strong>.</strong><strong> This position is to be worked at Shuswap Middle School.</strong></p><p>The assignment is to an inclusive support program for students with complex behavior challenges in a school setting.
This program offers a combined educational and social emotional support for students who have received level 1 and level 2 supports/interventions and require more significant supports.
The aim of the ISP is to support students in the acquisition of lagging skills and strategies to enable them to successfully function in a regular classroom setting.
Appropriate experience at the secondary school level and/or background in L.R.T., positive behavior supports, counselling is recommended.
