Instructor Therapist/Behaviour Therapist (ABA) Our clients are incredible people seeking care in the Carleton Place/Almonte area.
Working with us, you would have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the community and have access to monthly team meetings and in-session supervision.
We are excited to work with you because: You are passionate about working with individuals of all ages, specifically in our children and youth population You have strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team including other Spark team members or community professionals You are reliable and organized You have strong written and verbal communication skills You have at least 6 months working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or providing ABA therapy You are able to provide one-to-one intervention in the home or community HOURS: Flexible schedule options RATE OF PAY: Starting at $34.91+/hour
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification CPI, TCI, and/or NVCI (current certification) Smartphone with a data plan Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months Bachelor’s Degree or currently enrolled in a University program related to Behavioural Science, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or Early Childhood Development Assets: Bilingual in French and English Drivers License G class with access to a vehicle Registered Behavioural Technician (RBT) certification Why Spark?
