We believe every child deserves a summer filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories. Our day camp is more than just a place to play—it’s a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where kids can explore new activities, build friendships, and grow in confidence. Guided by our values of safety, creativity, and kindness, we create experiences that leave a lasting impact on every camper.

The impact you'll make

You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere where every child feels seen, supported, and encouraged to try new things. From leading games to assisting with arts and crafts, you’ll be a role model who inspires curiosity, teamwork, and joy. Your energy and care will help turn ordinary days into extraordinary adventures.

  • What you'll do
  • Welcome campers each day with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Assist in planning, setting up, and leading recreational activities such as sports, arts & crafts, nature walks, and themed events.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of campers by following established safety protocols and supervising activities closely.
  • Support campers of varying ages and abilities, adapting activities to meet their needs.
  • Help maintain clean and organized activity areas, including equipment setup and takedown.
  • Encourage participation, teamwork, and respect among campers.
  • Communicate effectively with camp leaders, fellow staff, and parents when needed.
  • What you'll bring
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and creating a fun, safe environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with kids and colleagues alike.
  • Experience in recreation, childcare, coaching, or a related field (volunteer or paid).
  • Ability to stay positive, flexible, and energetic in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
  • Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before camp starts).
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset.
  • Why you'll love it here
  • A vibrant, supportive team that values creativity and collaboration.
  • The chance to spend your summer outdoors, making a real difference in children’s lives.
  • Opportunities to develop leadership, program planning, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Staff training sessions to set you up for success.
  • Fun staff events and end-of-season celebrations.
