Duties
- The successful candidate will teach APRN 2210, Communications, Engagement & Consent in the First Nation Applied Lands Governance Program. Courses are delivered in a hybrid format, with both in-person and online students, and follows an intensive day-long format. Classes will be taught from the Kamloops campus of Thompson Rivers University. Course details are as follows: In class dates: Nov 16-20, 2026 Assignments due: Dec 6, 2026 Grades due: Dec 18, 2026 Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and be prepared to deliver classes at the Kamloops campus of Thompson Rivers University. Qualifications
- An applicable Master's degree (required); a PhD is preferred
- Community teaching, research and/or service associations with Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc or other Indigenous communities in Canada (required)
- Documented experience in First-Nations land and/or resource issues (required)
