We’re looking for an educator who values excellence, empathy, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and behavioral well-being while fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
• Maintain attendance and health and safety checks
• Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists
• Support children through classroom transitions
• Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in CCEYA
• Participate in team meetings and workshops

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of ECE and in good standing
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
• Up-to-date immunization records and two-step TB test
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs
