  • Perform case management including tracking/referrals, interventions, discharge, follow-up, and longitudinal analysis.
  • Deliver comprehensive scheduled follow-ups and reports.
  • Develop and present intervention model/services/strategies at Professional Development Day workshops and Community Conferences.
  • Update clinical practice based on Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association mandates and guidelines.
  • Attend School Base Team meetings

Requirements summary

  • Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or related field.
  • Certified membership/registration or current eligibility for certification/registration as RCC.
