Provide culturally grounded, trauma-informed support to Indigenous children and youth through case management and behavior support programming. Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to promote social, emotional, and cultural well-being.
Requires a Child & Youth Care (CYC) Diploma or equivalent experience, a valid Class G Driver's License, and a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search. Experience working with Indigenous populations and knowledge of strength-based practices are preferred.

Under the direction of the Clinical Services Manager, the Child & Youth Care Worker provides culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and strength-based support to Indigenous children and youth. Services are delivered in alignment with Ministry-funded Child and Youth Mental Health programs, while honouring Indigenous ways of knowing, healing, and wellness.
This role focuses on case management, behaviour support programming, and child and family support, ensuring coordinated and integrated service delivery from intake to discharge. The Child & Youth Care Worker works collaboratively with children, families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to promote the social, emotional, behavioural, and cultural well-being of children and youth.
32.5 weekly
