Plan and implement child-centred programs for children aged 0-12 using specific YMCA curricula. Provide compassionate care, ensure child safety, and maintain positive relationships with families while documenting developmental progress.
Requires a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Youth Work, or a related field, with RECE registration for specific roles. Must possess valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

As Canada’s largest not-for-profit child care provider, the YMCA plays a leading role in offering quality care and education to all young children in our communities across Guelph and Wellington Counties, Stratford-Perth, and Waterloo Regions.
In this role, you will plan and implement a child-centred program in accordance with our Playing to Learn curriculum (0-6 year old) and the YMCA Place to Connect curriculum (6-12 year olds).
