• Provide online theory instruction, mentorship, support, assessment, evaluation, and timely feedback to the students on the required learning management system.

• Review course content to ensure content links and resources are updated two weeks prior to the course start date.
• Be flexible and responsive to students learning needs using appropriate methodologies within an online learning environment.

• Manage the learning management system to ensure optimum learning environment.

• QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Description Required Qualifications 1.
• Registered Nurse with a post secondary nursing degree.
• 2.
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
• 3.
• A minimum of 3 years recent and relevant experience in a clinical nurse educator role in the related field.
• 4.
• Experience teaching adults.
• 5.
• The ability to effectively engage students in an online learning environment.
• 6.
• Recent experience teaching renal nursing skills.
• Desired QSA
