</span></b><span> We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate <b>Educational Assistants</b> (EA) to join our inclusive learning community. As a BC Ministry-certified Independent Christian school with a 47-year history, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment where students are supported academically, socially, and spiritually.</span></p>

<p><span>As an EA at RCA, you will play a vital role in our classrooms, working alongside teachers to support students with diverse learning needs and helping them reach their full potential through a Christ-centered lens.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

• </span></b><span> Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individual Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of Learning Support Teachers.
• This includes facilitating 1:1 or small-group interventions using teacher-prepared materials.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span></b><span> Assist classroom teachers in managing classroom dynamics and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively to implement strategies that support student engagement.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span></b><span> Provide personal care or hygiene assistance as required to support student dignity, safety, and inclusion within the school community.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span></b><span> Hold post-secondary certification as an Educational Assistant or have equivalent teacher training and familiar with the Ministry of Education and Child Care EA Competency Framework.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
