Joseph the Worker Elementary School is seeking a full time Physical Education teacher to join our team starting September 1, 2026.

In addition to teaching P.E., the successful candidate will coordinate the school’s athletics programs by liaising with the parent and staff coaches, scheduling games and events, and ensuring all sports events are fully planned.</p><p>The ideal candidate is looking to join a school where the staff work as a team to nurture and develop the whole child; mind, body and spirit.

They will understand how to effectively manage students in the gym and during outdoor activities.

They will have a passion for athletics, an ability to pass on their love of physical activity to their students, and a desire for each student to achieve their best regardless of natural ability.

They will also show a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and an eagerness to participate in the school’s extracurricular programs and events.

This is an opportunity for a teacher to be part of a supportive community and to build on the strong athletics foundation at St.
