The instructor is responsible for supervising students in the Personal Support Worker clinical program and delivering curriculum using provided lesson plans. They must evaluate student progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure a professional and safe learning environment.
Candidates must have at least 36 months of work experience and hold a Personal Support Worker certificate along with a relevant degree. A valid Vulnerable Sector Check and clear TB test result are mandatory for this role.

Courseware, resources, evaluations, and daily lesson plans are provided in an Instructor Manual. The Instructor is responsible for following the provided instructor manuals and using the resource materials to train students with the required knowledge and skills to prepare them for employment in the field.
CIMT College places a premium on professional conduct, combined with excellence in classroom instruction, with primary emphasis on hands-on training.
Must be available to teach In assigned Clinical Facility as per the accepted schedule WORKING Hours-
Mon to Friday-Morning 6: 30am/7 am to 2:30pm /3pm OR
Mon to Friday -Evening 2: 30pm/3pm to 10:30 pm/11pm
