Take a Hike Program Youth Worker

The youth worker collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to provide individualized support to vulnerable youth in classroom, community, and outdoor settings. Responsibilities include facilitating life skills development, managing outdoor excursions, and assisting with student educational and emotional goals.

Candidates must have post-Secondary education in a relevant field such as social work or child and youth care and at least two years of experience working with vulnerable youth. A valid driver's license, current first aid certification, and a satisfactory criminal record check are also required.
