Provides individual, small group and family support for students. Recognizes students at risk or in crisis and offers preventive and intervention services. Facilitates collaboration among schools and community agencies. Supports school outcome objectives and goals related to student plans. Supports inclusion of students into and out of schools/Programs. Keeps case documentation. Crisis intervention and drug/Alcohol support. Student supervision

Bachelor of arts degree in child and youth care, social work or related discipline. Relevant coursework in communication, counselling, substance absence counselling. Minimum two years experience with at-Risk children and youth. Skills in collaboration, crisis intervention, trauma-Informed practice. Valid class 5 b.c. Driver's license and personal vehicle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
