Facilitate the transition from student to professional nurse through intensive clinical practice and synthesis of nursing knowledge. Coordinate clinical placements, evaluate student performance, and participate in mandatory team meetings.

Requires a bachelor of science in nursing (B.sc.n.) with at least 5 years of clinical experience. Must hold active registration as a registered nurse (Rn) with the college of nurses of ontario (Cno).
