Career Coach

The career coach will facilitate employability and life management workshops while creating personalized service plans to assist participants in finding and maintaining employment. They are also responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote program activities and ensure participant success.

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role and possess strong facilitation and communication skills. A bachelor's degree or college diploma in employment counseling or education is preferred, along with proficiency in microsoft office.
