Core responsibilities
The facilitator will deliver individualized, strengths-Based treatment and aftercare services to youth and their families. They are responsible for maintaining consistent communication and support between the youth and their caregivers throughout the program.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum of a two-Year diploma in human services, social services, or a related field. Two or more years of experience working with anishinabek children and youth in the mental health field is preferred, along with a valid class g driver's license.
