Youth in Transition

The youth in transition worker supports youth transitioning out of the child welfare system by helping them access community resources and develop essential life skills. They work closely with child welfare services and community agencies to ensure youth receive necessary health, housing, and educational support.

Candidates should possess a child and youth worker diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of experience working with at-Risk youth and child welfare. The role requires a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to participate in therapeutic crisis intervention training.
