The Registered Behavior Technician will implement individualized ABA programming and execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients. They will also collect data on client behaviors and provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with RBT certification preferred. Candidates should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with organizational and time management skills.

Every child has a treatment team consisting of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist to ensure the most comprehensive services are provided.
