The r.e.c.e. Is responsible for providing an early learning and development environment for children aged 0-12 in accordance with the child care and early years act. Duties include implementing educational curricula, assessing children's progress, and supporting the family unit with empathy and sensitivity.

Candidates must hold an early childhood education degree or diploma and be registered with the college of early childhood educators. A minimum of 2 years of child care experience is preferred, along with valid first aid, cpr, and a clear police vulnerable sector check.
