Job Coach - Vocational Services

The job coach provides personalized support to help clients develop vocational skills, secure employment, and successfully integrate into the workforce. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating job searches, building employer relationships, and maintaining accurate client progress records.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a security background check are required.
