Core responsibilities
The placement advisor supports students in work-Integrated learning programs by providing career preparation, resume feedback, and job search coaching. They also develop and nurture industry partnerships to secure placement opportunities and monitor student progress in the workplace.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a 4-Year degree in business, human resources, career development, research, or communications. A minimum of 3 years of experience in college co-Op, field placement, human resources, or employment services is required.
