Family Peer Support Worker - Gold Trail ICY Team

Provide peer support to families and caregivers of children with mental health or substance use challenges as part of an integrated team. Facilitate access to resources, offer emotional support, and help families navigate the healthcare system.

Personal parenting experience with children or youth facing mental health or substance use challenges is the primary requirement. Candidates must have a valid bc driver's license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to pass a criminal records check.
