- Assist students with academic and behavioral activities.
- Monitor and support students during unstructured times.
- Perform health procedures and assist with life skills.

Requirements summary
- Grade twelve education.
- Six college/University level courses related to learning/Behavioral issues.
- One year of related experience with children or youth with exceptional needs.
- Ability to perform child-Specific behavior management techniques.
- Ability to operate school and personalized equipment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Follow education plans and medication protocols.
