Registered Nurse, Diabetes, Ambulatory Care – Permanent Full-Time (1.0) / Infirmière autorisée, infirmier autorisé, diabète, soins ambulatoires – poste permanente à temps plein (1,0)

The registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients with type 1 diabetes. The nurse will also serve as a diabetes nurse educator and participate in the insulin pump program.

Candidates must have a current certification with the college of nurses of ontario and be bilingual in english and french. A bscn is essential, along with experience in pediatric diabetes care and certification as a diabetes educator.
