Core responsibilities
The coordinator will ensure the delivery of the métis healthy babies healthy children program, focusing on prevention and early intervention strategies for families with children prenatal to 6 years of age. Requirements summary
Candidates must have a minimum of a 2-Year diploma in a social services related field and at least one year of experience in client case management, particularly with children aged 0 to 6. Proficiency in computer programs and knowledge of the métis nation of ontario and indigenous programs are also required.
