Settlement Worker

The settlement worker provides assistance, information referrals, and short-Term solution-Focused counseling to newcomers. They also facilitate workshops on newcomer-Related topics and empower clients to access information independently.

Candidates should have a college diploma or university degree in social services or a related field, along with at least one year of settlement experience or two years in personal counseling. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop workshops are also required.
