  • In this role, you will help students recognize their dignity, value, and abilities while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.</p><p><span>Most Educational Assistants work one-on-one or in small groups with students who have learning challenges, providing individualized support to help them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.</span></p><p><span><u>Qualifications and Assets:</u></span></p><ul><li><span>Educational Assistant certification is preferred</span></li><li>Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is considered an asset</li><li>A compassionate, patient, and collaborative approach to student support</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><br></br></strong></p><p><strong>APPLICATION PROCESS</strong></p><p>1.
