Employment Facilitator

The facilitator will support participants facing employment barriers by providing coaching, assessments, and group workshops, while also developing community connections with employers and service providers. Key duties include delivering seven weeks of employment skills training covering topics like communication, critical thinking, and financial management, alongside monitoring participant progress.

Candidates must possess a post-Secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as child and youth work or social work, along with two years of direct experience working with vulnerable youth. Preferred qualifications include certifications in non-Violent crisis intervention or motivational interviewing, and a valid driver's license is required.
