Child and Youth Worker, Youth Wellness Hub

The child and youth worker creates and maintains a safe, welcoming environment for youth while facilitating programs that promote wellness, engagement, and leadership using trauma-Responsive and culturally safer practices. This role involves liaising with youth, families, and partners, representing the hub, and supporting integrated service delivery aligned with the ywho model.

Candidates must have completed a 2-Year post-Secondary program in child and youth worker or health/Social services, along with a minimum of three years of experience working with children and youth in a community setting. Required qualifications also include knowledge of youth engagement principles, mental health service models, and experience applying anti-Oppressive frameworks, plus a valid driver's license.
