Assistant Educator - Split Shift Position

The assistant educator ensures operational and curriculum requirements are met in compliance with ministry and organizational guidelines while delivering a developmentally appropriate, play-Based program using specialized early childhood education skills. Responsibilities include engaging children, providing care (Meals, toileting, diapering), fostering parent communication, and completing required administrative tasks like daily logs and documentation.

Candidates must be available to work a full-Time split shift (30 hours/Week) monday through friday in before and after school programs. Required qualifications include basic knowledge of child development, proven effective written and verbal communication, physical stamina for supervision, and the ability to use computer systems like dayforce and storypark.
