The Educator will collaborate with the education team to research and create educational materials and lesson plans, while also assessing these plans for ease of classroom implementation. Responsibilities also include communicating with teachers, implementing teacher training based on provincial requirements, and planning professional development events.
Candidates must possess a degree in teaching or a specialized subject with an education certificate, along with proven experience as a middle school classroom teacher. Essential qualifications include thorough knowledge of teaching best practices, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a demonstrated interest in learning about the Holocaust.
